MANAGEMENT HISTORY
The main management team, at this time, consists of C. J. Stavinoha.
We also have onboard, for when demand warrants it, both a financial officer and a human resources officer as part of the corporate team.

C.J. has been in the highway construction business in Texas since 2001. He grew his business to 6m plus before the economy faltered, then moved with his wife to Connecticut so she could finish her doctorate and residency there.

After moving to Tennessee he once again ventured into highway construction, this time, specializing in the repair and installation of guardrail systems and components, as an independent subcontractor.

COMPANY HISTORY
The Joseph Company Group came into being as a result of the emergence of two distinct people which had an idea of how to bring prosperity to people during an economic downturn.

The vision was birthed to promote business and entrepreneurial creativity for people and ideas that could not bring these to pass with the established financial system.

As the founders C. J. Stavinoha bring both field work experience in highway construction and aerospace manufacturing engineering project management. Together they represent over 45 years experience in management and construction techniques.

COMPANY OPERATIONAL OVERVIEW
Our company has strategically separated into two distinct operations that function with a synergy to produce a very fluid dynamic team, with low maintenance and high impact.

Field operations are entrusted to C.J. Stavinoha.

Because of his extensive background in the highway construction business, he is present on every job to ensure that all work is accomplished to the state codes and coordinates between the prime contractor and state inspection and engineering to ensure that all work is done with the quality and expediency expected by professionals.


PRODUCTS / SERVICES
The Joseph Company Group installs and maintains highway guardrail systems throughout the state of Tennessee, including both county and private needs as they arise, to provide an additional layer of protection for the many motorists that travel by vehicle these days.
We are a service driven company with an eye for future expansion to the surrounding states.
